Pemberontakan Simba adalah sebuah pemberontakan 1964 di Congo-Léopoldville (sekarang Republik Demokratik Kongo) yang terjadi saat Krisis Kongo dan Perang Dingin. Di timur negara tersebut, pemberontakan tersebut dipimpin oleh para pengikut Patrice Lumumba yang dilengserkan dari kekuasaan pada 1960 oleh Joseph Kasa-Vubu dan Joseph-Désiré Mobutu dan kemudian dibunuh pada Januari 1961 di Katanga.[2] Pemberontakan tersebut terjadi bersamaan dengan pemberontakan Kwilu yang dipimpin oleh seorang Lumumbis yang bernama Pierre Mulele di tengah Kongo.[3]
