Death Drums Along the River (sh. Bubnjevi smrti duž rijeke) je britansko-zapadnonjemački pustolovno-kriminalistički film snimljen 1963. godine u režiji Lawrencea Huntingtona. Predstavlja adaptaciju romana Sanders of the River Edgara Wallacea, odnosno remake crno-bijelog istoimenog filma iz 1935. godine, iako je od predloška preuzeto samo ime protagonista i neki sitni detalji. Radnja je smještena u neimenovanu britansku koloniju u Africi, a protagonist, koga tumači Richard Todd je britanski policajac koga istraga ubistva vodi do kriminalne organizacije koja se bavi krijumčarenjem dijamanata.

Film je sniman na lokacijama u Južnoj Africi. Za razliku od Sanders of the River, koji je često bio optuživan za veličanje britanskog imperijalizma, Death Drums Along the River je u pozadini zapleta imao i tada aktualni motiv dekolonizacije, te tako protagonist u jednom trenutku govori kako će pokušati nastaviti raditi svoj posao i ako kolonija stekne nezavisnost. Death Drums je komercijalni uspjeh, te je 1965. godine snimljen nastavak pod naslovom Coast of Skeletons.
