Peter Gowan

Peter Gowan (15 Januari 1946, Glasgow – 12 Juni 2009) adalah dosen hubungan internasional di London Metropolitan University, aktivis, penulis, dan pembicara asal Britania Raya. Ia adalah anggota dewan redaksi New Left Review dan salah satu pendiri Labour Focus on Eastern Europe. Ia meninggal dunia tanggal 12 Juni 2009 pada usia 63 tahun setelah menderita mesotelioma peritoneum, penyakit yang disebabkan asbestos.^[1]
