Simon Blackburn (født 12. juli 1944)[1] er en britisk filosof, professor i filosofi ved University of Cambridge til han gikk av med pensjon i 2011. Han har også vært tilknyttet University of North Carolina. Fra 1969 til 1990 var han fellow ved Pembroke College, Oxford.[2]
Blackburn er visepresident i British Humanist Association (tilsvarende norske Human-Etisk Forbund.[3]
