Douglas County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Colorado. Det ligger i de sentrale delene av staten og det grenser mot Jefferson County i nord, Arapahoe County i nordøst, Elbert County i øst, El Paso County i sørøst og mot Teller County i sør.
Douglas Countys totale areal er 2 182,71 km² hvorav 6,84 km² er vann. Ved folketellingen i 2010 hadde fylket 285 465[1] innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Castle Rock[1] og fylkets største by er Aurora.
Historie
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1861[1] og er et av de opprinnelig sytten fylkene i Colorado. Det fått sitt navn etter Stephen A. Douglas som døde samme år som fylket ble dannet.
