Carapulcra
Carapulcra er en peruansk matrett som består av svinekjøtt og dehydrerte poteter, med peanøtter, chilipepper, hvitløk og annet krydder. Det er en moderne tilpasning av en tradisjonell andisk rett.[1] Carapulcra serveres vanligvis med ris, kokte poteter eller yuca.[2]
