唐奨
唐奨（とうしょう、Tang Prize）は、2014年に台湾で創設された国際的な学術賞[1]である。「持続可能な開発」「バイオ医薬」「中国学」「法の支配」の4分野で顕著な功績を残した人物に贈られる。「東洋のノーベル賞」を目指してつくられ[1]、「台湾のノーベル賞」と呼ばれる[2][3]。
概要
潤泰グループ総裁の尹衍樑がノーベル賞を参考に設け[4]、台湾の国立アカデミーである中央研究院が選考する。受賞者には賞状とメダル、賞金（5,000万台湾元）が与えられる。このメダル（Tang Prize Medal）は深澤直人によってデザインされた[5]。
