スタイン・ロッカン（Stein Georg Rokkan、1921年7月4日 - 1979年7月22日）は、ノルウェーの政治学者、社会学者。

経歴

1921年、ノルウェー北部、ロフフォーテン群島生まれ。オスロ大学で博士号取得した後、ベルゲン大学教授となる。

研究内容・業績

シーモア・リプセット（Seymour M Lipset）との共同論文で、政党システムの凍結仮説を提唱した事でも知られる。また国民国家の建設過程に「中央」と「周辺」の概念を持ち込んだ。
