Robert N. Lee (12 Mei 1890 – 18 September 1964) adalah seorang penulis naskah asal Amerika Serikat. Ia menulis untuk 31 film antara 1922 dan 1945. Ia dinominasikan untuk sebuah Academy Award untuk Skenario Adaptasi Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-4 untuk Little Caesar.
