Richard W. Farnsworth (kelahiran 1 September 1920 Los Angeles - meninggal 6 Oktober 2000 Lincoln, New Mexico) adalah seorang aktor dan pemeran pengganti Amerika. Ia paling dikenal karena penampilannya dalam The Grey Fox (1982) yang membuatnya meraih nominasi Golden Globe Award dan The Straight Story (1999), yang membuatnya meraih nominasi Oscar. Ia meninggal setelah lama berjuang melawan kanker prostat.
