Paramount International Networks (PIN) adalah divisi internasional Paramount Global. Divisi ini mengawasi produksi, penyiaran dan promosi merek-merek utama Paramount Global di luar Amerika Serikat. Merek ini termasuk Paramount Network, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, BET dan Colors TV, serta saluran bermerek CBS yang dimiliki bersama dengan AMC Networks International. VCNI juga memiliki 30% saham di studio animasi Rainbow S.p.A. di Italia, serta 49% saham di perusahaan patungan India dengan mitra domestik TV18, Viacom18.

Markas besar jaringan tersebut berlokasi di New York dan London. Kantor internasional lainnya terletak di São Paulo, Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Warsawa, Madrid, Milan, Mumbai, Paris, Singapura, Budapest, Beograd dan Sydney. Kantor internasional pertamanya dibuka pada akhir 1980-an di London dan Amsterdam dengan peluncuran MTV Europe. Itu dibuat dari rebranding Viacom MTV Networks, yang mencakup MTV, BET, VH1 dan Nickelodeon, untuk menyertakan Comedy Central.

Sebelum dipromosikan menjadi CEO Viacom, Robert Bakish telah menjadi Presiden VIMN dari 2011 sampai 2016, yang memegang berbagai peran di Viacom sejak 1997. Divisi ini sekarang dipimpin oleh Raffaele Annecchino, yang bergabung di perusahaan sejak 1997.
