Margaret dari Anjou (Prancis: Marguerite; 23 Maret 1430 – 25 Agustus 1482) adalah istri Raja Henry VI dari Inggris. Sehingga, ia menjadi Ratu Inggris dari 1445 sampai 1461 dan lagi dari 1470 sampai 1371. Lahir di Kadipaten Lorraine dalam Wangsa Valois-Anjou, Margaret adalah putri tertua kedua dari pasangan René dari Anjou dan Isabella, Duchess of Lorraine.
