Konsili Lyon II

Konsili Lyon Kedua adalah konsili ekumenikal keempat belas dari Gereja Katolik, yang diadakan pada 31 Maret 1272 di Lyon, Kerajaan Arles (sekarang Prancis), pada 1274.^[1] Paus Gregorius X memimpin konsili tersebut, menyerukan agar kaisar Bizantium Mikael VIII menyatukan kembali gereja Timur dengan gereja Barat.^[2] Konsili tersebut dihadiri oleh sekitar 300 uskup, 60 abbas^[3] dan lebih dari seribu prelatus atau prokurator mereka, beberapa diantaranya adalah perwakilan universitas.
