Karl Lueger (Jerman: [ˈlu̯eːɡɐ], bukan *[ˈlyːɡɐ]; 24 Oktober 1844 – 10 Maret 1910) adalah seorang politikus Austria, wali kota Wina, dan pemimpin dan pendiri Partai Sosial Kristen Austria. Ia dikenal karena mengubah kota Wina menjadi kota modern. Politik populis dan anti-Semitik dari Partai Sosial Kristen-nya terkadang dipandang sebagai sebuah model bagi Nazisme Hitler.[1]
