Ilmuwan gila

Ilmuwan gila (juga disebut doktor gila atau profesor gila) adalah karikatur seorang ilmuwan yang digambarkan "gila" karena kombinasi ciri kepribadian yang tidak biasa atau tidak mengganggu dan sifat ambisius yang tidak jelas, dan/atau yang tidak malu-malu melakukan percobaan mereka. Sebagai motif dalam fiksi, ilmuwan gila mungkin jahat (jenius yang jahat) atau antagonis, jinak atau netral; mungkin gila, eksentrik, atau canggung; dan sering bekerja dengan teknologi fiksi. Beberapa mungkin memiliki niat baik hati atau niat baik, bahkan jika tindakan mereka berbahaya atau dipertanyakan, yang dapat membuat mereka menjadi penjahat yang tidak disengaja.
