Ernst-Günther Schenck (3 Juli 1904 – 21 Desember 1998) adalah seorang dokter Jerman dan anggota SS di Nazi Jerman. Karena kebetulan bertemu dengan Adolf Hitler selama hari-hari penutupan Perang Dunia II, memoarnya terbukti bernilai secara historis.^[1] Catatannya tentang periode ini menonjol dalam karya Joachim Fest dan James P. O'Donnell tentang akhir hidup Hitler, dan dimasukkan dalam film Der Untergang (2004).
