Departemen Kehakiman Amerika Serikat (DOJ), juga disebut Departemen Kehakiman saja, adalah departemen eksekutif federal Amerika Serikat yang bertugas menegakkan hukum dan mengatur keadilan, sama seperti kementerian hukum atau dalam negeri di negara lain.
Departemen ini diketuai oleh Jaksa Agung, yang dicalonkan oleh Presiden dan disetujui oleh Senat dan merupakan anggota Kabinet. Jaksa Agung saat ini adalah Merrick Garland.
