Boikot

Boikot atau pemulauan adalah tindakan untuk tidak menggunakan, membeli, atau berurusan dengan seseorang atau suatu organisasi sebagai wujud protes atau sebagai suatu bentuk pemaksaan. Kata ini berasal dari serapan bahasa Inggris boycott yang mulai digunakan sejak "Perang Tanah" di Irlandia pada sekitar 1880 dan berasal dari nama Charles Boycott, seorang agen lahan (estate agent) untuk tuan tanah Earl Erne.

Boikot juga bisa diartikan sebagai penolakan kerja sama.
