Nikolai Platonovitx Patruxev[1] (errusieraz: Никола́й Плато́нович Па́трушев) (Leningrad, Sobietar Batasuna; 1951ko uztailaren 11) errusiar politikari bat da, bai eta segurtasun- eta inteligentzia-ofiziala. Errusiako Segurtasunaren Zerbitzu Federaleko (FSB) zuzendaria izan zen, KGB sobietarraren ondorengo erakunde nagusia –kanpo-inteligentzia alde batera utzita–, 1999tik 2008ra, eta Errusiako Segurtasun Kontseiluko Idazkaria da 2008tik.[2][3]

2022ko otsailetik, Estatu Batuek Patruxev zigortzen dute, Errusiak Ukraina inbaditzen hastearen ondorioz.[4]
