Streptomyces tsukubensis is a bacterium species from the genus of Streptomyces which has been isolated from soil in Ibaraki in Japan.^[1]^[3]^[4] Streptomyces tsukubensis produces the immunosuppressant tacrolimus.^[4]^[5]
