Rafail Koumentakis (Greek: Ραφαήλ Κουμεντάκης) (born (1993-05-05)5 May 1993) is a Greek male volleyball player. He is part of the Greece men's national volleyball team.[2] On club level he plays for Olympiacos Piraeus.
