Apušrotas ('an aspen forest', formerly Polish: Apuszrotas,[1] Russian: Апушротасъ) is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village was uninhabited.[2] It is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) from Krakės, inside the Krakės-Dotnuva Forest, by the Jaugila river.

At the beginning of the 20th century there was Apušrotas estate.[1] Later there were two hamlets.
